The right sandals not only give you an excellent opportunity to show off a pedicure or a fabulous pair of legs, but they can easily make even a basic outfit pop with uniqueness and flare. However, it’s all too easy to fall into a rut when it comes to the sandals you choose.

Sandals in basic blacks, white, and browns are perfectly fine. In fact, they’re essential staples when it comes to building a wardrobe. However, true fashionistas never allow themselves to fall into a rut that doesn’t include color and flare… especially when it comes to their spring and summer wardrobes. Stylish sandals in juicy greens, blues, pinks, or reds are terrific ways to compliment a coordinating sundress or make a pair of basic black capris positively pop. Beaded sandals or studded sandals help make jeans and skirts alike look different and fresh. Pair them with matching handbags, belts, or jewelry to create a look that’s even more unique and put together.

Although they’re definitely a wonderful option to pair with a formal ensemble, they’re just as smart a pairing with jeans, capri pants, or sundresses. Add a necklace, bracelet, or a sheer scarf and you’ve quickly and easily gone from boring and commonplace to snazzy with very little effort. Tough utilitarian materials like leather are terrific for walks on the beach or along the boardwalk, but don’t rule out more traditional dressy materials like satin to add a touch of class for occasions like luncheons and nights out on the town with friends either.

Silver charms and charm bracelets are often recommended for those with cool skin tones, but many women enjoy combining gold and silver, working will with any skin color. This combination is also great for matching with other jewelry.

Generally women that tend to look besting in mauve, plum and burgundy shades of lipstick and blush are going to look best in silver jewelry. Silver charm bracelets and silver charms look great on those with dark skin tones as well since the silver really reflects the light against darker skin. However, interestingly enough, silver can also look very stylish on fair skinned people as well, especially if they are wearing darker blues, purples, greens or reds.

The beauty of silver charms and charm bracelets is both in the free movement as well as the musical sound that they make. Wearing few charms during the day is a great option for a more practical work bracelet while an elaborate charm bracelet is perfect for evening wear. Always in style, silver charms are never going to be out of fashion.
